On March 6th, 2018, Ambassador Chen Li called on Mr. Matti Anttonen, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, and exchanged views on deepening bilateral relations between the two countries. Ambassador Chen congratulated Mr. Matti Anttonen to assume office. Mr. Matti Anttonen thanked Ambassador and expressed willingness to strengthen bilateral relations during his new duty.
