On September 6, Mr. Pu Chun, Vice Minister of the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), who was leading a SAMR delegation to visit Finland, met with Mr. Pekka Pesonen, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Finland. The two had friendly and in-depth exchange on organic food certification, among other issues. Vice Minister Pu Chun also officially issued the Infant Milk Powder Formula Registration Certificates to Mr. Vesa Kaunisto, Chairman of the Board of Valio Oy of Finland.
