Effective from March 10, 2009, the Consular Section of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Finland will not accept visa applications submitted through postal service or DHL,etc. Applicants should submit their applications at the front desk of the Consular Section or use the services of travel agencies which deliver visa applications to the Embassy daily. Any visa application sent to the Embassy by mail (or DHL, etc.) after the termination date will not be processed and will be returned to the sender. All liabilities will be borne by the sender.
