In order to better meet the needs of our applicants and improve the quality of consular services, the embassy of China in Finland will open a new email address helsinki@csm.mfa.gov.cn for consular affairs. It will be used for inquiries and appointments related to Chinese passport, travel document, visa for China, legalization and authentication, HDC code and consular protection.
