As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) epidemic in Finland increases in severity, in order to minimise potential risks and safeguard the health and safety of applicants, the Consular Section of the Chinese Embassy, and the Visa Application Service Center in Finland will suspend service from April 3, 2020.
Please note the following:
1.) If there is no urgent, pressing matter or need, applicants are politely requested to postpone their visit to the Embassy. Please wait for the epidemic situation to stabilise, and only then come to leave your application(s) at the Embassy.
2.) In case of urgent visa-related emergency, please email the Chinese Visa Application Service Center (helsinkicenter@visaforchina.org).
The aforementioned measures are temporary. The Embassy will continue to closely monitor the development of the epidemic, and adjust its arrangements where appropriate. All parties are kindly invited to follow the Embassy's website and public WeChat account to stay updated with the latest information.
