On 10th October, 2017, Ambassador Chen Li attended the Gala Concert Celebration of Finland 100 & Hong Kong's 20th Return Anniversary.

In his speech, Ambassador introduced the development of Hong Kong in the past two decades as well as the importance of cultural exchanges between China and Finland.

The concert was performed by Hong Kong String Orchestra with local Finnish artists.
