Jointly organized by Finland-Hong Kong Business Association and the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in London, a reception was hosted on May 13 in Helsinki. Visiting Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry of the Hong Kong SAR of China Professor Sun Dong, Under-Secretary of State at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland Mr. Jarno Syrjälä joined representatives from Finnish industry organizations and businesses in the 80-strong attendees in the Reception, where they broadly exchanged their views on the practical cooperation between China and Finland and in particular, such cooperation between Hong Kong SAR and Finland. Mr. Chen Huixin, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Embassy, and Ms. Gui Yun, Counsellor in charge of economic and commercial affairs of the Embassy, were also present upon the organizers’ invitation.
