On Friday February 13, 2026, the Chinese Finnish Friendship Association will host the 2026 “Happy Chinese New Year in Finland Folk Fair for The Year of the Horse” at Narinkkatori, Kamppi, Helsinki, straight from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

This year marks the 20th anniversary for the “Happy Chinese Year” to be celebrated in Finland.The Folk Fair is open to the public with free entrance. There are dozens of wonderful booths at the Folk Fair, displaying various delicacies and snacks from China and other Asian countries, as well as Chinese intangible traditional cultural heritage displays such as embroidery, shadow puppetry, woodblock printing and facial makeup painting. There will also be wonderful performances from Chinese professional art troupe ranging from folk music to martial arts, singing and dancing, etc., as well as cultural interaction games and surprise lucky draws.
