On October 27, Mr. Chen Huixin, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Embassy, met with Mr. Pekka Pesonen, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Finland at the Embassy, upon the latter’s request. The two had an extensive and in-depth exchange of views on the implementation of the series of important consensus reached by the presidents of the two countries, especially the exchanges and cooperation in the fields of food, forestry and water as highlighted in the Joint Action Plan between China and Finland on Promoting the Future-oriented New-type Cooperative Partnership 2025-2029. Ms. Gui Yun, Counselor responsible for economic and commercial affairs of the Embassy, attended the meeting, among others.
