Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying announced:

The 4th Ministerial Conference of Istanbul Process on Afghanistan will be held in Beijing on October 31 with Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Afghan Foreign Minister Zarar Ahmad Osmani as the co-chairs of the meeting.
