On December 1st 2017, Ambassador Chen Li attended the China Theme Event in SLUSH—SINO TRACK Goes Slush and gave a speech. Mr. Jari Gustafsson, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment in Finland and Mr. Jan Vapaavuori, Mayor of Helsinki, as well as around 180 representatives in various fields attended the event.

In Ambassador Chen’s speech, he appreciated the important function of SLUSH event for establishing platforms for start-up companies and investors. He believed that there would be closer contacts between enterprises from China and Finland with the development of bilateral relations. Finnish high-level representatives promised to work together with Chinese side to further promote Sino-Finland relations in the future.
