On the morning of January 10, 2018, at the invitation of Prime Minister Hun Sen of Cambodia, co-chair of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) mechanism, Premier Li Keqiang left Beijing by special plane to attend the 2nd LMC Leaders' Meeting in Phnom Penh and pay an official visit to Cambodia.
